RateFlow was built for a simple reason: most businesses never hear from the majority of their customers. The ones who had a great experience rarely say anything, and the ones who had a bad one often just don't come back.

We help restaurants, cafés, hotels, salons, spas, gyms, and service businesses close that gap — with a QR code customers can scan in seconds, a feedback flow that respects their time, and AI-assisted review drafts that reflect what they actually experienced, good or bad.

We built RateFlow first for businesses in India, with support for English, Hindi, and Hinglish, and we're designing the platform to expand internationally from day one.
