What we collect
From business owners: your name, email, phone, and business details you provide during signup and onboarding. From customers using the feedback flow: the ratings, selected items, and comments they submit. We do not require customers to create an account, log in, or provide personal contact details to leave feedback.
How we use it
Business data powers your dashboard, analytics, and AI review drafts. Customer feedback is shown only to the business it was submitted to, and is used to generate review drafts and surface analytics. We do not sell customer feedback data to third parties.
AI processing
When a customer requests review drafts, their rating, selected items, and comments are sent to our AI provider (currently Groq) to generate text. No account credentials or payment data are ever sent to the AI provider.
Data isolation
Every business's data is isolated using row-level security at the database level. One business can never query another business's feedback, branches, or analytics — this is enforced server-side, not just in the UI.
Data retention & deletion
You can request deletion of your business account and all associated data from Settings → Security, or by contacting support. Deleting a business removes its branches, feedback, QR codes, and billing history.
