1. Using RateFlow
By creating a business account, you agree to use RateFlow to collect genuine customer feedback and review drafts. You may not use the platform to fabricate reviews, manipulate ratings, or suppress negative feedback from customers.
2. Honest reviews policy
RateFlow's AI review assistant reflects the feedback a customer actually gave. You may not instruct RateFlow, or attempt to configure it, to invent positive experiences, block low-rated customers from the review flow, or otherwise manipulate the honesty of generated drafts. Accounts found manipulating reviews may be suspended.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly or yearly cycle via Razorpay until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Data you submit
You retain ownership of your business data and customer feedback. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use RateFlow to collect personal data beyond what the feedback flow requests, attempt to access another business's data, or interfere with the platform's operation.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, including manipulation of reviews or ratings.
