Cookie Policy

RateFlow uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in to your business dashboard. These are managed by Supabase Auth and are essential to the service — they cannot be disabled while remaining logged in.

The public customer feedback flow uses a locally generated, anonymous session identifier (not a tracking cookie) to prevent duplicate submissions and measure QR scan-to-feedback conversion. It contains no personal information.

RateFlow does not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
